G8 Gleneagles 2005G8
You may have heard of our appointment to clean and enhance the marble reception at the Gleneagles Hotel for the G8 summit and the moments of interest surrounding our visit.
We are very pleased to have received further instructions to carry out more marble works throughout the hotel.
We have consistently encouraged our carpet and upholstery cleaning customers to get involved in floor cleaning and treatments and can, of course, provide training, help and guidance.

A cautionary tale...
Servicing and repair work can be both challenging and satisfying. Sometimes all machines can be really frustrating for the user.
A customer of ours called to say one of his staff had reported a faulty rotary floor machine just as they were about to start a job. The boss phoned to ask if he could bring it in and treat as an “emergency” travelling a distance of 20 miles each way. We obliged and as he struggled through the front door with the machine we were able to tell him that the cable from the handle to the machine body wasn’t plugged in! No charge, but the air was blue as he contacted his member of staff who instigated the “fault”. Isn’t life wonderful at times?!
